42-Year-Old William Wood Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 1967 and CR 4401 in Andrews County

Andrews County, TX. (February 25, 2021)- William Wood was killed in a two-vehicle crash on February 23, 2021 in Andrews County, Texas. The accident occurred shortly before 12:45 a.m. at the FM 1967 and CR 4401 intersection. DPS reported that an eastbound Dodge pickup truck failed to yield the right of way and turned in front of a westbound Honda driven by Wood. Wood was transported to Permian Regional Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the Dodge was uninjured in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
