41-Year-Old Virginia Basaldua Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on Parkway Drive and Redbud Avenue in Lubbock
Lubbock, TX. (June 2, 2021)- Virginia Basaldua was killed in a two-vehicle crash on May 31, 2021 in Lubbock, Texas. The accident occurred just after 4:00 p.m. in the 1800 block of Parkway Drive and Redbud Avenue. Police reported that Basaldua was attempting to make a left-hand turn when she was struck by a westbound pickup truck. Basaldua was pronounced dead at the scene. No further details have been provided at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
