Bicycle Accidents in Texas

San Antonio, TX – Man Injured In Bicycle Accident On Southcross BlvdStudies show that 13 percent of bicyclists involved in bicycle accidents are between the ages of 16 and 25. Most of the time bicycle accidents occur from negligent driving, which includes texting, speeding, driving under the influence, falling asleep at the wheel, and disobeying traffic laws. Because bicycles are flimsy and unstable compared to passenger vehicles, it’s easy for riders to sustain serious injuries that could affect them for the rest of their lives.

If injured riders were not at fault for the accident, they may qualify to file personal injury lawsuits against drivers and other liable parties.
