Hit-and-run driver strikes, hurts 4 on Mockingbird at Brookriver
DALLAS, TX – Medics transported four pedestrians to the hospital Sunday after a vehicle struck them at a northwest Dallas intersection, reports WFAA 8.
The incident happened late Sunday night at the intersection of West Mockingbird Lane and Brookriver Drive, which is just east of the Stemmons Freeway and just south of the Brook Hollow Golf Club.
The investigation indicates that the four victims were standing on Mockingbird after an earlier crash between two vehicles. A Kia Soul then struck the victims, at which point the driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot.
All four pedestrians sustained what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are still looking for the driver of the Kia.
