Car strikes, kills pedestrian on N Moore near Lake Cliff Park

DALLAS, TX – A male pedestrian died Tuesday afternoon after a vehicle struck him along a busy roadway in central Dallas, reports Aol.

The incident happened after 2:30 p.m. in the area of 400 North Moore Street, which is just northeast of the Dallas Zoo and south of the Trinity River.

The investigation indicates that a 61-year-old man identified as Emmanuel Green ran over a pedestrian with his vehicle after the two men had an argument.

The victim died after transport to a local hospital. Authorities have not yet released his identity.

Police arrested Green on a murder charge. A full investigation is underway.
