Multi-car crash critically injures 1 on East Fwy and Beach
FORT WORTH, TX – A man went to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after three vehicles collided on the freeway in Fort Worth Tuesday, reports Aol.
The incident happened around 7:20 p.m. near the intersection of northbound Beach Street and the Tom Landry Freeway, which is just southwest of Trinity River Trails Gateway Park South.
The investigation indicates that the victim failed to yield as the entered Beach Street from the westbound side of the freeway. A northbound vehicle struck the victim on Beach Street, and that collision caused one of the two vehicles to hit a third northbound vehicle.
Medics transported the first driver to the hospital with critical injuries.
The other two drivers declined transport.
A full investigation is underway.
