1 killed in multi-car pedestrian crash on TX-121 at Hebron

CARROLLTON, TX – A 30-year-old woman died late Saturday night after several vehicles struck her along the highway in Carrollton, reports The Dallas Morning News.

The incident happened just before 10 p.m. on the northbound side of the Sam Rayburn Tollway, or TX-121, near the exit for West Hebron Parkway. This area is just northwest of the Indian Creek Golf Club.

Police say the victim was walking along the highway when she was struck by multiple vehicles, the first of which was a 2019 Nissan Titan.

The pedestrian died at the scene of the accident. Authorities identified her as Quinyonna Janell Richard.

The driver of the Nissan was unhurt and remained at the scene to speak with authorities.

It’s unclear if any other drivers sustained injuries.

A full investigation is underway.
