Motorcyclist killed in 2-vehicle Covington crash on S Main

COVINGTON, TX – A 43-year-old man died Saturday after his motorcycle collided with a car on a busy street in Covington, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened late at night in the area of 500 South Main Street, which is near the Drunken Pig Liquor Store.

At this time, it is still unclear how the collision occurred.

Police say the motorcyclist went to a trauma center in Fort Worth via CareFlite. He died there from injuries sustained in the crash.

Medics transported the driver of the car to the hospital for non-critical injuries.

A full investigation is underway.
