Emergency teams called to crash on Hwy 80EB at Lawson Rd

SUNNYVALE, TX – An air ambulance was called to the scene of a major collision along the highway in Sunnyvale on Sunday night, reports DFW Scanner.

Major Accident (Dallas County, Sunnyvale) Multiple emergency responders are working a major accident on eastbound Highway 80 near Lawson Road at the Dallas/Kaufman county line. CareFlite has landed at the scene.

The incident happened sometime before 9:15 p.m. on the eastbound side of Highway 80 near Lawson Road, which is just northeast of the Mesquite Metro Airport.

Police have not shared any details about the accident except to say that CareFlite was called to the scene.
