Police investigate semi rollover on US-277 near Bronte

COKE CO., TX – An 18-wheeler hauling steel tubing overturned after colliding with another vehicle along the highway in eastern Coke County, reports San Angelo Live.

The incident happened sometime Thursday on the northbound side of US-277 just north of Bronte and south of Blackwell.

Police have not released many details regarding the crash. They say that the accident significantly damaged the semi-truck and that five officers were called to the scene to help with the investigation.

There’s still no word on injuries, nor is it clear if the other vehicle was damaged.
