1 hospitalized in multi-car crash on Hwy 69 in Lindale

LINDALE, TX – Medics transported one person to the hospital Thursday after a crash involving three vehicles along the highway in northwest Smith County.

According to CBS 19, the incident happened at night along the northbound side of Highway 69, which runs through the center of Lindale.

Police have not yet shared any details regarding the cause of the accident. They say that one person sustained non-critical injuries.

Officials closed the northbound lanes of Highway 69 in the vicinity of the wreck while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
