Vehicle strikes car-hauler trailer in Grand Prairie, killing 1
GRAND PRAIRIE, TX – One person died early Sunday morning after two vehicles collided along the interstate in Grand Prairie, reports CBS News.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. in the area of 3500 Interstate 30, which is near MacArthur Boulevard.
The investigation thus far indicates that a westbound Hyundai passenger vehicle rear-ended a westbound car-hauler trailer. The driver of the passenger vehicle died at the scene.
Police have not yet released the name of the deceased.
Speed may have been a contributing factor in the accident. A full investigation is underway.
