Crash on I-30 EB at I-35E blocks left lane of traffic in central Dallas

DALLAS, TX – A crash along the interstate in central Dallas during evening rush hour blocked traffic while crews worked at the scene, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened around 6:12 p.m. on I-30 eastbound at I-35E, which is near Trinity Overlook Park and the Government District.

Police haven’t shared any details about the accident, but photos taken at the scene show a red sedan with significant front-end damage and a silver SUV. It appears the red sedan may have rear-ended the SUV.

The crash blocked the left lane of traffic during the clean-up and preliminary investigation.

There’s no word yet on injuries.
