Bicyclist struck, killed on I-35E SB near Loop 12 in south Dallas
DALLAS, TX – A bicyclist died very early Monday morning after a vehicle struck him along the interstate in south Dallas, reports DFW Scanner.
The incident happened overnight on the southbound side of I-35E near the junction with Loop 12, which is just southeast of Big T Plaza.
As of Tuesday morning, police have not shared many details about the accident. They say that the driver of the vehicle stopped to render aid and to speak with authorities.
Officials have not yet released the name of the cyclist to the public.
