Lavante Lang Seriously Injured in DUI Crash on 111th Street at University Avenue in Lubbock
Lubbock, TX. (September 5, 2023)- 30-year-old Lavante Lang was injured in a two-vehicle crash on September 3, 2023, in Lubbock, Texas. The accident occurred shortly before 9:00 p.m. at the 111th Street and University Avenue intersection. Police reported that the driver of a southbound vehicle collided with another southbound vehicle driven by Lang. Both vehicles traveled off the roadway where they struck a utility pole. Lang was transported to University Medical Center with serious injuries. The other southbound driver was arrested and charged with intoxication assault.
