3 students hurt in Parker Co. bus crash on Greenwood Cut Off Rd

WEATHERFORD, TX – Medics transported three students to the hospital on Tuesday after a school bus crash in Weatherford, reports DFW Scanner and Fox 4.

The incident happened after school, sometime before 4:30 p.m., near the intersection of Greenwood Cut Off Road and Oak Lane, which is just north of Parker County ESD #7.

Police say that a front tire on the bus got stuck and forced the bus off of the roadway and into a ditch.

The bus was carrying at least 31 occupants at the time of the accident. Three students sustained non-critical injuries.

A full investigation is underway.
