Fort Worth car accident on Airport Freeway EB past I-35W blocks traffic

FORT WORTH, TX – An accident along the freeway in central Fort Worth created delays early Thursday morning at the start of rush hour, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened around 6:11 a.m. on the eastbound side of Airport Freeway, or TX-121, just past I-35W, which is just south of Riverside Park and north of Harmon Field Park.

Video footage taken at the scene depicts wet roadways at the time of the collision.

Police haven’t yet shared any details regarding the accident, which blocked the right two lanes of TX-121 while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
