Woman killed in solo crash on DNT at Sam Rayburn in NW Plano
DALLAS, TX – A 26-year-old woman died Sunday morning in a single-vehicle accident along the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, reports DFW Scanner.
The incident happened at 5:57 a.m. on the northbound side of the Dallas North Tollway near the Sam Rayburn Tollway, which is in the northwest area of the city.
Police say that a driver from Carrollton crashed into a median on the DNT after attempting to exit onto the Sam Rayburn Tollway but then changing her mind.
Authorities pronounced the woman dead at the scene of the crash. They’ve not yet released her identity to the public.
