Man killed in SW Richardson hit-and-run on the Central Expwy

RICHARDSON, TX – A 53-year-old man died early Sunday morning when a vehicle struck him on the Central Expressway and fled the scene, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened around 1:50 a.m. on the northbound side of Central Expressway near West Spring Valley Road in southwest Richardson.

Emergency teams found the victim deceased in the roadway. Authorities have not yet identified the man publicly.

Police say they are looking for a white SUV with damage to the front right side and headlight. They are unsure of the make and model of the vehicle.

So far, no witnesses have come forward. Anyone with information or tips to share can contact the Richardson Police Department as the investigation continues.
