Crews respond to crash at I-20 WB past US-175 in Dallas

DALLAS, TX – A morning collision along the interstate in southeast Dallas caused delays Friday while authorities responded to the scene, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened just before 9:27 a.m. on the westbound side of I-20 past US-175, which is just south of Balch Springs.

Police haven’t yet commented on the cause of the accident, nor have they disclosed whether anyone sustained injuries.

Officials say the crash blocked the right two lanes of I-20 westbound immediately after the accident.

Video footage taken at the scene indicates that an ambulance and one or two fire trucks responded.

A full investigation is underway.
