Injuries reported in accident on Hemphill St in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, TX – An evening police chase ended when the suspect crashed in the Worth Heights area of Fort Worth on Monday, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened sometime before 7:38 p.m. in the area of 3900 Hemphill Street, which is just northwest of La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth.

Police say that multiple people were hurt, but they’ve not disclosed the severity of those injuries. Additionally, there’s no word yet regarding the reason for the pursuit or the cause of the crash.

Officials asked drivers to avoid the area of the collision  while authorities, medics, and clean-up crews worked at the scene.

A full investigation is underway.
