Ambulance reports to wreck on Loop 12 near Singleton Blvd

IRVING, TX – Emergency teams reported to the scene of a major accident involving at least two vehicles along the highway in east Irving Thursday evening, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened sometime before 5:25 p.m. on the southbound side of Loop 12 near the exit for Singleton Boulevard. This is just northwest of the Irving Golf Club and Twin Wells Softball Field.

Police haven’t yet shared any details about the collision. Video footage taken at the scene indicates that the crash may have involved a pickup truck and a sedan, both of which appear to have sustained significant damage. Footage also depicts medics deploying a stretcher at the scene.

Officials warned of significant rush-hour delays along the southbound side of Loop 12 while crews worked at the scene.
