Vehicle hits animal clinic in Preston Forest Square, injuring 2

DALLAS, TX – Two people went to the hospital Tuesday morning after a vehicle crashed into a veterinary hospital in Preston Forest Square, reports WFAA News 8.

The incident happened around 8:45 a.m. at the Cornerstone Animal Clinic, which is located in north-central Dallas at 11909 Preston Road.

Police are still investigating what caused the driver to lose control of their vehicle and to crash through several interior walls of the facility.

It’s unclear if the people injured in the crash were occupants of the vehicle, or if they were struck by the vehicle.

Officials say the wreck does not appear to have caused structural damage to the building.

The driver of the vehicle has been cooperating with authorities as the investigation continues.
