Accident on US-80 WB past Clements Dr blocks traffic

FORNEY, TX – Emergency teams responded to an accident along the highway in northwest Kaufman County late Wednesday morning, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident occurred around 11:12 a.m. along US-80 westbound just past Clements Drive on the north side of Forney. This is about 22 miles east of Dallas.

Police haven’t released any information about the accident, so it’s unclear how many vehicles were involved and if anyone was hurt.

The crash blocked the right lane of US-80 westbound while officials worked to clear the scene.
