Dallas PD responds to major motorcycle crash near Royal and Preston
DALLAS, TX – Motorists likely experienced delays along Royal Lane in north-central Dallas after a major collision late Thursday afternoon, reports DFW Scanner.
Motorcycle Accident (Dallas) Dallas PD has closed all lanes of Royal Lane east of Preston Road while they investigate a serious crash involving a motorcycle.

The incident happened sometime before 4:48 p.m. in the lanes east of Preston Road, which is between the Dallas North Tollway and US-75.
Police say the crash was serious and that it involved a motorcycle. It’s unclear if other vehicles were involved or if the accident resulted in fatalities and/or hospitalizations.
Officials closed Royal Lane in the area of the wreck while crews gathered evidence and worked to clear the scene.
