Crash with entrapment reported near Everman at Shelby and Timberview

EVERMAN, TX – Emergency teams responded to a major accident late Thursday afternoon at a south-central Tarrant County intersection, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident occurred sometime before 4:12 p.m. at the intersection of Shelby Road and Timberview Drive, about 12 miles south of Fort Worth on the east side of Everman.

Police haven’t shared any details about the accident except to say that at least one person became entrapped in their vehicle and likely required extrication.

It’s not yet known how many vehicles were involved and if anyone sustained injuries.

Officials urged motorists to avoid the intersection while crews worked to help the victim and clear the scene.
