2-vehicle crash at CR 384 and FM 2908 kills 2, injures 1
TYLER, TX – A two-vehicle collision involving an SUV and a pickup truck killed two people Thursday on the northeastern outskirts of Tyler, reports KETK News.
The accident occurred around 6:28 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 384 and FM 2908, which is southeast of UT Health North Campus Tyler.
Police say that two people were thrown from an eastbound pickup truck after the driver of the truck neglected to heed a stop sign and struck a northbound SUV.
Authorities declared the two people from the pickup truck deceased at the scene of the collision. They’ve not yet disclosed the names of the victims.
Medics transported the driver of the SUV to an area hospital with undisclosed injuries.
