Injuries likely in multi-vehicle crash at TX-199 and Poolville Cutoff Rd

PARKER CO., TX – Multiple ambulances were dispatched to a multi-vehicle crash along the highway in north-central Parker County on Monday morning, reports DFW Scanner.

The accident happened before 7:25 a.m. on TX-199 at Poolville Cutoff Road, which is northeast of Poolville and northwest of Agnes.

It’s not yet clear what caused the collision, but police say that two people became entrapped in their vehicle(s) and required extrication.

At least one air ambulance and multiple ground ambulances reported to the scene to assist the victims, so injuries are likely.

Officials asked motorists to avoid TX-199 in the area of the wreck while emergency teams worked to rescue the victims and clear the scene.

A full investigation is underway.
