Head-on collision near Caldwell claims Jadon White, 27
BURLESON CO., TX – Two vehicles collided head-on near Caldwell Sunday night, killing a 27-year-old woman from College Station.
According to Fox 44 News, the accident occurred shortly before 10:15 p.m. on the westbound side of TX-21, just past FM 60. This is about 80 miles northeast of Austin.
Police say that an eastbound 2004 Buick Lacrosse entered the westbound side of the highway and collided head-on with a westbound 2024 Toyota Highlander.
The wrong-way driver, identified as Jadon White, sustained fatal injuries.
Medics transported two people from the Highlander to an area hospital with serious injuries.
It’s not yet clear if drugs or alcohol were contributing factors to the crash.
A full investigation is underway.
