William Thompson, 30, claimed in 2-car crash in NE Odessa
ODESSA, TX – One man died, and two other adults were injured Monday in a two-vehicle accident at a busy Odessa intersection, reports YourBasin.
The crash happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Faudree Road and Eastridge Road, which is northeast of The University of Texas Permian Basin.
Police say that a southbound black Ford F-250 struck a northbound blue Hyundai Sonata when the driver of the latter vehicle attempted a left turn on Eastridge without yielding right of way.
A passenger in the Sonata, identified as 3o-year-old William Thompson, died after transport to an area hospital.
Medics transported both drivers to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
