KILLEEN, TX – A woman died, and two people were seriously hurt Tuesday in a single-vehicle accident along the highway in far-south Killeen, reports KCEN 6.

The crash happened shortly after midnight on the southbound side of TX-195, just north of Ding Dong.

Police say that for unknown reasons, a white Ram 1500 overturned after leaving the highway and crashing into a ditch.

A passenger from the pickup truck, identified as 56-year-old Natasha Harris, died at the scene of the wreck.

Medics transported the adult driver and an 8-year-old passenger to an area hospital with critical injuries.

An infant passenger did not sustain injuries in the collision.
