Maria Fernanda Esquivel Ramirez killed in Dallas collision
DALLAS, TX – A multi-vehicle crash on the northeast side of Dallas claimed the life of a 35-year-old woman on Sunday, reports WFAA News 8.
The accident occurred shortly after 3:30 a.m. near the intersection of US-75 and I-635, which is just west of the Arizona College or Nursing – Dallas and north of Hamilton Park.
Police haven’t shared any details about the cause or circumstances of the collision. They say that a motorcycle was involved with at least one other vehicle.
One person died in crash. Authorities identified the victim as Maria Fernanda Esquivel Ramirez.
Medics transported one other person to an area hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
Officials closed the northbound side of US-75 for just over six hours while crews gathered evidence and worked to clear the scene.
A full investigation is underway.
