Destiny Quintanilla claimed in Wise Co. auto-pedestrian crash
WISE CO., TX – A 19-year-old woman died, and one person was hurt Thursday in a series of crashes involving four cars and a pedestrian in Wise County.
According to The Messenger, the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on the northbound side of US-287 near Ramhorn Road. This is just northeast of Newark and about 25 miles northeast of Fort Worth.
Police say that 58-year-old Alan Schutt was intoxicated when he lost control of his northbound 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and struck two sedans and a pedestrian on the shoulder of US-287. The Jeep then entered the southbound side of the road and hit a 2011 GMC Yukon.

A full investigation is underway.
