Car crashes into Cherokee Co. creek, claiming Angel Gamboa

According to CBS 19, the single-vehicle accident happened sometime Sunday along County Road 3305 just west of Jacksonville. This is almost two hours southeast of Dallas.
Police aren’t yet sure what caused the driver to lose control of his vehicle and leave the roadway. A motorist reported an overturned pickup truck in a creek near the roadway Sunday evening.
Authorities identified the deceased driver of the submerged pickup truck as Angel Gamboa. Gamboa, they say, had been reported missing on Sunday morning.
