Fatality reported in 3-car crash at S Masters and Old Seagoville

DALLAS, TX – Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that killed one person Sunday night on the south side of Pleasant Grove, reports Fox 4 KDFW.

The accident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. at the intersection of South Masters Drive and Old Seagoville Road, which is north of US-175 and east of Crawford Memorial Park.

Police say that three vehicles collided when the driver of a Chevy Malibu failed to heed a stop sign at the intersection. The impact of the crash threw the driver of the Malibu from her vehicle and into the roadway, where she died.

Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.

No other injuries have been referenced in connection to the accident.

The collision likely caused delays in the area of South Masters and Old Seagoville while emergency crews worked at the scene.

A full investigation is underway.
