Nicolas Molina, 24, critically hurt in Laredo solo collision
LAREDO, TX – A 24-year-old man sustained serious injuries earlier this week in a single-vehicle accident along the highway in Laredo, reports KGNS News.
The accident occurred on Monday at the intersection of TX-359 and US-83, or the North Zapata Highway. This is north of Garcia Vela Little League Field in the Three Points area.
Police say the victim may have been speeding when he lost control of his vehicle on the ramp connecting TX-359 and US-83. After crashing into a curb, the vehicle left the roadway, entrapping the driver.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. He has since been identified as Nicolas Molina.
No other injuries have been reported in connection to the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
