Daisy Nuncio claimed in Austin crash at Loyola, Sendero Hills
AUSTIN, TX – A 37-year-old woman sustained fatal injuries Wednesday in a major collision in east-central Austin, reports KVUE News.
Just after 7 a.m., emergency crews responded to a fiery crash at Loyola Lane and Sendero Hills Parkway in the Colony Park area near Barbara Jordan Elementary School.
Austin Police haven’t yet shared any details regarding the circumstances of the collision except to say that two vehicles were involved.
A woman in one of the vehicles, identified as Daisy Josephine Nuncio, died at the scene.
Medics transported an unspecified number of people from the other vehicle to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
