Saul Lobo IDed as victim in motorcycle crash in Temple

TEMPLE, TX – A solo crash along a major roadway in northeast Bell County claimed the life of a 27-year-old motorcyclist on Friday, reports KCENTV 6.

Shortly after 6 p.m., emergency crews responded to a fatal accident on the southbound frontage road of South General Bruce Drive near Charter Oak Drive on the west side of Temple, about 35 miles southwest of Waco.

Police say the operator of the motorcycle was ejected from his bike after losing control of the vehicle and hitting a curb.

The biker succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Authorities identified him as Saul Lobo.

There were no other passengers on the motorcycle at the time of the accident.

A full investigation is underway.
