Fatal crash closes northbound U.S. 287 in north Fort Worth
FORT WORTH, TX – A fatal multi-vehicle crash shut down the northbound lanes of U.S. 287 in north Fort Worth early Tuesday, authorities said.
According to WFAA, the Texas Department of Transportation received reports of a crash just before 3:00 a.m. near Blue Mound Road. Fort Worth police said one person was killed.
Officials have not said when the highway will reopen.
