1 hospitalized following pin-in collision involving 18-wheeler in Dallas 

DALLAS, TX – One person was sent to the hospital following a pin-in collision involving an 18-wheeler in Dallas on Wednesday, WFAA reports. 

The crash happened before 1 a.m. in the vicinity of Interstate 45 and Loop 12. Based on what we know so far, it seems a white vehicle collided with an 18-wheeler, causing it to go underneath the truck. 

The impact of the wreck left one person with unspecified injuries, who was sent to the emergency room for treatment.

Dallas Fire-Rescue was among the first responders called to the scene. At this time, officials have not disclosed the exact cause of the crash or said if anyone was cited or could face charges.
