Edwin Christopher Ferguson, 46, killed in rollover crash in West Fort Worth 

WEST FORT WORTH, TX – A 46-year-old man’s life was claimed in a rollover crash in West Fort Worth in the White Settlement community on Monday. 

The collision happened before 12:30 p.m. Fort Worth Police told the Fort Worth-Star Telegram that they believe the 46-year-old man, later identified as Edwin Christopher Ferguson, crashed his car into a bridge pillar on Loop 820 South. The contact with the bridge caused the car to overturn. 

Ferguson sustained serious blunt force injuries and succumbed to them a short time later, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office said. 

Fort Worth Police closed Loop 820 South along White Settlement Road for several hours before later reopening all lanes. 

No other occupants or vehicles appeared to have been involved.
