Red light runner killed in crash involving SUV in Pleasant Grove 

PLEASANT GROVE, TX – A pickup truck driver died after running a red light and crashing into an SUV in Pleasant Grove on Sunday, according to Fox4News. 

The two-vehicle crash occurred before 1:15 a.m. on the 5500th block of South Buckner Boulevard, which is outside Griff’s Hamburgers. Upon arrival, Dallas Police declared the pickup truck driver dead at the scene, and EMS crews rushed the SUV driver to a hospital. 

The SUV driver survived and is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries. 

Officials have not released the pickup truck driver’s identity and have started an investigation.
