First responders called to crash with injuries in Lewisville 

LEWISVILLE, TX – First responders were dispatched to the scene of a major crash with injuries reported on Interstate Highway East South on Tuesday. 

The collision happened along FM1171 and is currently blocking two left lanes, according to the Texas Department of Transportation. 

Officials did not say if anyone was injured, and are working to determine the cause of the collision.
