Dallas PD arrests Dedrick Henry in connection to fatal hit-and-run crash 

DALLAS, TX – Dallas Police arrested a 37-year-old man, identified as Dedrick Henry, in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of an unborn child on Thursday. 

Police told WFAA that the collision occurred on the 7400th block of Abrams Road. Henry had struck another vehicle and then fled the scene prior to police arriving around 10:45 p.m. 

The impact of the collision killed an unborn baby and injured several people. Police found and arrested Henry a short time later. Henry is being charged with intoxication manslaughter involving death and will face additional unspecified charges. 

Henry’s bond has not been set
