DALLAS, TX – Emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene of a vehicle collision that happened at the intersection of Interstate Highway 635 and U.S. 75 in Dallas.
Officials arrived at the scene before 1:30 p.m. and blocked the right shoulder and right off-ramp, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
