1 life claimed in collision involving tractor-trailer near Randolph
NEAR RANDOLPH, TX – One person’s life was claimed in a collision involving a tractor-trailer north of Randolph on Monday, KTEN reports.
The tractor-trailer collided with a pickup truck on State Highway 121 near North Business 121, approximately 63 miles outside of Dallas. The county manager confirmed one person died, but did not say what vehicle they were in and whether they were a driver or passenger.
Authorities closed the area for the on-scene clean-up process and have reopened all roads since.
The victim’s name has not been disclosed, and the cause of the crash is under investigation.
