1 killed, 3 seriously injured in 3-vehicle collision near Dallas’ Cummings Park 

DALLAS, TX – One person was killed, and three people were seriously injured in a three-vehicle collision near Dallas’ Cummings Park on Monday. 

Three vehicles collided at the intersection of Great Trinity Forest Way and Wadsworth Drive, Fox4News reports. 

Dallas Fire Rescue responded to the scene around 5 p.m., declared a woman dead at the scene, and rushed the three surviving occupants — one man and two females — to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries. 

No arrests have been reported at this time. 

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
