6 seriously injured in multi-vehicle collision involving semi-truck in Denton 

DENTON, TX – Six people were seriously injured in a multi-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck on Saturday. 

Denton Police told Fox4News that the crash happened in the area of West University Drive and Willow Lane near a haunted house attraction. 

Officers and Denton Fire Rescue responded to the scene around 7:30 p.m. EMS treated several people at the scene for their injuries and took six others to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. 

Authorities shut down all three westbound lanes of Highway 380 near the intersection for the scene-clean-up process and advised drivers to seek alternative routes. 

A full investigation is underway.
