Seven Injured in School Bus Crash FM 17 near Grand Saline in Van Zandt County
Van Zandt County, TX. (February 13, 2023)- Seven people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on February 11, 2023, in Van Zandt County, Texas. The accident occurred around 6:30 a.m. in the 800 block of FM 17 north of Grand Saline. DPS reported that the driver of a Hyundai Elantra crossed the center line and crashed head-on into an Alba Goldin ISD school bus. The school bus driver and six students on the bus were transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries. No other injuries were reported. The crash remains under investigation.
