Single-car crash kills 1 on Nine Mile Bridge Rd in Fort Worth
FORT WORTH, TX – A driver died Monday evening when their vehicle crashed and overturned along a roadway in northwest Fort Worth, reports DFW Scanner.
The incident occurred around 5:28 p.m. in the area of Nine Mile Bridge Road and Landers Lane, which is between Silver Creek Azle Road and TX-199.
It’s still unclear what caused the accident. The driver was extricated from the vehicle and died at the scene of the wreck.
A female passenger exited the vehicle without extrication. It is unclear at this time is she sustained injuries in the crash.
A full investigation is underway.
